🐄 Far Cry 5 Devmode Not Working

DEVMODE Questions Far Cry 5 Good morning, Peggies. After numerous hours on FC5, I wanted to start testing devmode and other mods before I gave it all up for the year.

I just bought the Steam edition for Windows 10 at the summer sale. Game runs fine but my old-ass can't have much fun without Godmode. Console comand god_mode_count=1 doesn't work. Nor does the DevMode.lua trick work. I'm unable to add the -devmode parameter to target line. Did Steam gimp these or am I doing something wrong?
